SANTA MONICA, CA, October 2, 2012 – yogitoes and The Yoga Beauty Bar partner for purpose for “The
Divine Female,” a conscious beauty and breast cancer awareness event focused on the choices that
women make which impact their health. Taking place October 25-28 at yogitoes’ Santa Monica-based
rExperience Lab, “The Divine Female” will combine the pop-up retail Yoga Beauty Bar with interactive
opportunities with wellness experts, yoga, and treatments like Reiki, mini-facials and mini-makeovers.
Beauty brands participating in the event are: Buddha Nose, Elique Organics, Evolue Beauty, Joanna
Vargas Skincare
, Kelley Quan New York Vegan Beauty Brushes, Lalun Naturals, Olie Biologique, Priti

, Revolution Organics, and Tapa.

A highlight of the weekend will be an expert panel discussion about women’s health, lifestyle choices and
beauty practices that boost wellness and reduce the overall risk of breast cancer (Sunday, October 28 at
11:30 a.m.).

In addition, on Saturday, October 27 at 11:30 a.m.) Jennifer Taggart, author of Smart Mama’s Green
Guide: Simple Steps to Reduce Your Child’s Toxic Chemical Exposure, will speak about deciphering
beauty labels and which ingredients to avoid. The event is free to the public, with a portion of proceeds
from all retail sales donated to Breastcancer.org.

The panel discussion will be will be led and moderated by Rachel Sarnoff. Rachel blogs as Mommy
Greenest
, founded EcoStiletto, is the former CEO of Healthy Child Healthy World and was editor of
Children magazine—before she had kids.

• Linda Rosenberg, VP of Marketing for yogitoes, who was recently diagnosed with breast cancer
